What would be the point?

Let's not pretend this is about staying up any more. That possibility ended the moment the transfer window shut. We needed to add pace and power and we didn't. No selection/tactical combination of this squad would bother a PL team, whoever the manager was. We don't have a striker fit for purpose, sufficient defensive midfielders or apparently any full backs who can defend at the level required. This is a recruitment way more than a tactical failure. We don't have any realistic tactical options.
