I agree with that Loz

Sacking Farke over Webbers head would mean Webber will resign.

Webber stupidly keeps saying Farke has a job for life as far as he's concerned.

If we sack both we kind of have to sort the DoF first who then signs his own manager.

Only option I can see is option 1 and give a 1 year contract in the interim.

I guess technically Neil Adams would become Acting DoF rather than Deputy DoF?
