This is football in 2021.... I wasn't at the game (I live many miles from C Rd) but....

I'm sadly not remotely surprised at any booing. We now all live in a time of expectations which are mainly not accurate. Many fans presume that because NCFC is a bigger place and de facto bigger team (which is true) than Brighton therefore will automatically beat them. Historically that might have been true....it ain't at present.

However the issue is many people are disappointed we did not beat a team we think we should/could have done. The fact Brighton are (let's be honest) better than us at present is irrelevant - we believe we should beat them as we think we are a bigger team. We might be, but not at present (remember how p**d off the Leeds fans were when we kept winning at Elland Rd). Leeds are bigger than us.

I'm not happy we are bottom either without a win, but I can understand why supporters at the game would not be happy with a 0-0 draw at home to Brighton when in honesty they were sligjtly better than us.
