Away membership scam

I bought away membership for me and my dad as a way of guaranteeing Brentford away tickets.

I've just found out today that far from guaranteeing my ticket all it gave me was a one day window to buy it which I've missed as the information was only published on the website the day before!

Absolute joke, now all tickets sold out.
