I wouldn't say i couldn't give a sh*t, there are limits. But generally speaking i would

prefer my team to be successful and winning things whilst owned by a non-local billionaire to sitting bottom of the league and unable to win a game whilst owned by a local celebrity chef who puts no money in.

There is obviously a variety of different scenarios in between and I think my tolerance for evil foreign owners would be higher than many of our fans.
