Oh I can remeber walking from the bridge at Kings Street to the bridge at Clarence Rd

the whole of left side of the road (which is now Riverside) was boarded off for years as the land so toxic.

Some company then came up with he idea of worms eating the toxic stuff which then enabled he land to be redeveloped.
