Can anyone remember how you clear your basket on the website when buying tickets?

Did a dry run for buying a Chelsea ticket, didn’t complete the purchase, went back to the website to buy one and it says I already had one in my basket. Cleared the basket, went to buy one again and it still said I already had one!
