How do you know he's not had pressure from the board?

for all you or I know he could've been told in no uncertain terms that if we're not in the top four next christmas then he's out.

And just because he (Worthy) says in the press that things are "acceptable" doesn't mean he's not tearing shreds out of players who're at fault.
