It is a bit of a stereotype

but then again, it is ranked as one of the more corrupt countries in the world I think? By whatever means these things are measured. No doubt different across different trades/industries. I have friends who live and work in Zimbabwe and seem to spend their time being arrested & locked up and all the rest of it - they still love it tho - it requires a quite different attitude (well, Zim certainly).
