He’s in prison forever and is spending that time, as far as I can tell, trying to be as much of a pain in the arse as possible. No doubt every time his face or a quote from him pops up in the press, which it seems to quite often, causes significant pain to the families of his victims.

Quite often sociopaths / psychopaths love attention. There’s one way to make sure they don’t get any.
