Disagree strongly, reform has to be part of someone's rehabilitation

Punishment isn't a good. Its a necessary for various. Again, my original point stands. It doesn't bring the poor lady back or stop any of the families grief. What it does do is imposed further grief on the offenders family (along with very mixed emotions on their part)
