Companies not being able to fill the positions they have.
Every single company I know of is hiring and can't get enough people.
There is a definite wealth gap starting to show through in western societies.
The effect is you don't have enough people to do jobs you probably don't want to do at the wages you would not want to earn.
Would not surprise me to see more western countries relaxing their labour laws to allow cheaper labour to fill the jobs nobody wants to do.
