He showed something we'd been lacking in that Bournemouth game

i.e. leadership on the pitch. He was always chatting to his teammates telling them to move five yards this way or that or to step up or whatever and I'm not sure there's someone else who does that as well as him. For that reason I always like it when he's in the line-up. The errors have to stop, though - but he's hardly the only player of whom that's true.

Normann is making all the right noises so far and he might also be a leader on the pitch though it's far too early to tell really.

We're much better in midfield in 5-3-2, honestly. We make enough chances but don't score them. We don't concede from open play much, other than through defensive errors. This is surely known and hopefully being worked on as we speak...
