He's done an outstanding job as loans chappie

and is probably closer than anyone to the yoof we have coming through and what they are and aren't capable of. So that side of the job I think he'll do brilliantly. The rest, I have no developed view as I've never worked wtih him, but presumably those who have seen what he can do feel it's the right move and if we have to lose Webber (I'd rather not) I can't think of anyone else who'd come with an in-depth knowledge of the club, our systems and our player base like his. So I think it's good news, in a world where Webber is definitely off; though I wish Webber weren't off.
