Zimmerman was massive for us as a leader before but I’m not sure he’s up to it

Maybe Normann, kabak and Sargent will become that but right now we look like a kids team playing men.

Hanley isn’t the answer in this division. I think he’s a good back up but I’m not sure he can lead the team as his own confidence seems to be low
