There's a germ of an argument in there though, I get the bit about

binge drinking, and the revenue impact on 3rd/4th tier clubs.
Not convinced its a good idea at the top of the pyramid though, unless they stopped serving while the game was on.
So you can drink what you've bought at your seat but can't keep going back and forth?
