Losing Emi amd Skipp

was/is a bigger problem than I suppose I'd anticipated - 2 of our 3 best players (and the 3rd was Hanley, who benefitted from Skipp) ...

I think we need to see how good Norm is - I suspect he's the key to the whole thing - which may be to put a great deal of hope on one unproven (in prem) player's shoulders!!
