There is apparently a sliding scale where fewer appearances (not specified if starts or Idah-like-last-min jog-ons) generate greater payments.

Also not specified if these payments are included within the Loan Fee or if additional to it.

I cannot see any benefit where local decisions are secondary to the demands of a supplier-club.
