Its not really mistakes though its poor positioning and defensive habits

Personally i think it was a bit stupid to drop Big Andy for a half fit Kabak after the way Andy played at Arsenal but even so Kabak should be attacking the ball from that cross. So should Hanley for the second althohygh they should never have been able to just stroll to the by-line unchallenged anyway.
