I think its difficult for players like Dowell and Gibson etc

they'll not be happy sitting on the bench when I'm sure they'll think they are good enough to be in our best 11. Keeping a big squad happy must be very difficult but quite simply we need decent options off the bench and good players to play when we pick up injuries. I think we're past the point of putting youth players on the bench as an experience but there must be unrest from some players.
