I'm not sure the players are the main problem here

I mean, we do have one of the weakest squads in the league, but it the players are still good enough to be competitive most weeks, whoever we put in the starting xi.

We're just getting nowhere near the best out of them. The defence is disorganised, we're toothless in the final third, and by-passed in midfield. The balance and setup seems wrong in every area of the pitch.
