On your question, Jews read what's called 'the hebrew bible', or is just called the bible by Jews. It's more or less the Old Testament of the Christian bible (although there are some differences I think).

The Torah is the first part of the Hebrew bible - first five books in it I think.

So yeah, they do read 'the bible', though it's not the same as the Christian one.
