Odd, received my Liverpool cup ticket in the post today

I’d paid for 2, for our usual seats. It said they were going to be loaded onto our ST cards. But theyve printed just one and posted it to me. Strip of 3 bits: address, 1 ticket for £15, receipt for £31.50! Flipping idiots
