I don't get the civil liberty angle on vaccination

Like there is some sort of violation of fundamental human rights if you can't get in somewhere unless you're vaccinated. I demand the right to be allowed to infect myself and others with a highly dangerous virus! Should we re-introduce smallpox so people's right to get infected by it is restored, after those foolish scientists worked to hard to eradicate it? I'm sure it's not too late to bring back polio if we all try hard.
