I've seen enough last two games to be encouraged but its all about whether we can

cut out the errors that keep holding us back.

Need to:

1. Start picking our best team and particularly a settled midfield with Normann )assuming he's decent) and Gilmour in it.
2. Start making subs when our midfield tires as it consistently does after about an hour in every game.
3. Stop surrendering possession through unecessarily risky attempts to play out from the back, in partiuclar the lofted chips from Krul.
4. Pull the trigger faster when chnaces arise.
5. Stop hitting the first man with crosses, especially from corners. A couple of saturday late in the second half were inexcusably bad.
6. Get a bit of sodding luck and a set of officials who don;t screw us over.

I do believe we have a lot of good players, if we can sort out these issues/errors then we will do ok.
