I used to drive 200 miles each way for City home matches and only stopped because of health. I was supporting long distance in Division 3. Maybe in London and Lancashire it might have some effect on lower division crowds.

The price of home and away memberships combined is £50 which is not much more than the old season pass used to be, though the website says home memberships are unavailable. If they have limited them because of the home ticket access, they are now preventing long distance supporters unable to attend games being able to listen to home matches (I'm assuming it is not because being a shareholder gives auto membership, I thought that only lasted a couple of years after the share issue).
