And is it a "stay at all cost" mentality.
When hoots was fired I think a lot of fans were over it.

It's a tough spot, if we do well in the PL then we will lose a lot of our best players. In a way the Southampton or Burnley model is closer to ours. They are not scared to sell players for huge money and rebuild.
