I think his presence means the other batsman have more confidence in themselves as a unit, but we do need to find players able to adapt their technique to Test.

That's the issue, all these players can bat, but when a weakness gets exposed they don't seem to be able to adjust for it, or more accurately we don't seem to be able to coach them to adjust it.

That list can all bat, but the higher level has shown some problems, the ECB need to find coaches that can add genuine benefit to these guys and help them improve.
Not enough players get better playing for England.
