Getting the CMF and attack nailed down is going to be the first priority.

Whether we regularly play 3 at the back will be down to how quickly Normann settles and how stable the other players in the centre of the park can get with winning back and retaining the ball.

The next month or so will be an exercise in the art of football management, as much as the science.
