It really isn't and that's why it's all so pleasing

In the past we had one big money signing who worked (Hucks) or didn't (Wolf). Now we have £5-10m+ players in most positions on the pitch. They will obviously not all work out and some will get injured and so on. But it's the depth of players at that level and the fact they're all over the squad which is particularly good. We've certainly levelled up. Whether by enough to stay up, time will tell; but we're materially better, at least on paper, than I was expecting at the start of the window. Bring on the football :-)
