Ability to be able to play the ball

If he was never reaching it as you say, he never had any ability to play the ball. Therefore Todd being in front of him did not prevent him from playing the ball or being able to play the ball.

We clearly aren’t going to agree so I will leave it there but I do not accept the rule was applied properly or that VAR checked everything it should have done.
