If Norwich had not been in thrall to the World of Football and had put just 2% of TV cash aside every season in the PL then there would be £10m waiting to give us a head start.

Instead we spend virtually everything on players, including fat contract-renewals to Klose & Thompson & garden-leave for Oliveira, Drmic, Leitner & Marshall.
