I think Bali and Dimi both to show a bit of solidity at the first opportunity. Gilmour needs to show a bit of snap and energy in midfield for me, I'm sure he'll go on to be a wonderful player but I'm worried we've got a very expensive tartan lipstick for our pig.

McLean and Dowell need minutes and I think Dowell (a wonderful goal threat) should be combined with Sargent.
