The wider context though is surely inclusive of our last premier league season

Don’t get me wrong I saw enough today to think we can do ok, but I also saw enough to know we won’t be unless we protect the defence better and I do find it bizarre/questionable that despite almost every single fan being able to see that it’s not been our priority this window.

The set piece defending was annoyingly sh*t again also.
