Banksy = They

Open secret here in Bristol that while Banksy is one person, the work is stencilled/spray painted onto walls by several different people who work for him. They get well paid though - one fella he employs bought an old warehouse to live in and built himself a skate park.

Getting helpers is something that many big artists do. A mate of mine used to work for Damian Hirst - Damian designs the big pieces and others build them in his warehouse in Stroud.
