I've been to Baku

with the oil company i used to work for, it has to be the strangest place anywhere. A handful of locals and westerners working for the oil companies with s**t loads of cash, the rest living in massive communist concrete tower blocks. No wonder the leaders are so desperate to keep control of their cushy little world!
