I was wearing my Norwich shirt at the Harrow Park Run

My first one since mid-Jan 2020 when I got a knee knock at hockey later that afternoon. Got round ok-ish but was beaten by a man running with a child in a push-chair, a runner with an old looking lab on a lead and a man with a St Albans t-shirt running with his daughter who looked no more than eight years old.
