And the f**k up was made by NCFC, so even if it wasn’t him, as a senior exec at the club it should be collective responsibility when talking publicly.

I’m with Harry, I don’t think it was necessary, but I think he’s partly saying it to play down how much cash we have available, both with the fans and also with clubs that we might be buying from.
