Why wouldn't Webber be all over our main comercial deals?

If the commercial deal and identity of our Principal sponsor is *not* aigned off by the Executive Committee prior to being ratified by the Board, I would be absolutely astounded.

ie, there is no way Webber didn't sign off on BK8 along with Kensall and Ward. 'Are we happy to be associated with this company?' is such a basic question to ask about a main commercial partner.

The only way Webber & Ward get to be slopey shoulders over BK8 is if Kensall misled them about the level of (and/or results of) the due diligence undertaken.
