Having a flow test alternative might let them get away with it, but anything that's based on being 'double vaxxed' risks being discriminatory on religious & racial grounds (without some widely drafted exemptions that basically let individuals opt out of it at will - essentialy making it pointless).

Govt will be able to get away with it on public health grounds but harder for private organisations to argue that.

Doesn't mean they won't press ahead with it, but it is not without risk.

Selfishly I hope they do if it reduces demand for tickets even slightly!
