You can fudge turnover very easily if you have loads of money.

turnover equals

Match-day Income
Commercial Income (such as sponsorship)
TV revenue (and any 'merit payments' based on league position)

With number 2 you can generate huge sponsorships through 3rd party companies.

If you REALLY wanted to increase turnover you could do it.
