Only slightly

The Government is, of course, still holding onto a great many of the legal powers that they took upon themselves so we aren't actually back to the status ante quo yet (if we ever will be). But the de-criminalisation is a decent start.

Again - I am passing no judgment on whether they are/were justified or not. That's a debate that's been done to death.
