Yep, lots of options

Grealish > Mount is the big one for me. He's so obviously a better player in an attacking sense, and if you're going to remove an attacker for a defender to go with a back three, it makes zero sense to further reduce your attacking ability by having Mount as one of the only three attackers on the pitch.
