Techie question...

...I'm accessing my AOHell email thru work and I keep getting pop ups for some website called Aurora(?)...every time I close them they re-appear...this hasn't happened before...also AOHell is not working properly in that it can't seem to access my address book at times and then tells me that there is a script error and do I want to continue (I said yes)...

I did a re-start and a prompt appeared asking me if I wanted to download a file called Nails, I think, I said no, of course...

Finally the Norton anti virus subscription has finished but we do have STOPzilla so that, I assume, would block any potential problems...
