Dead easy after the first one. Basically squeeze the liquid in to the clear plastic tub with a lid. Swab mouth and nose (I do about 10 rubs). Stick the swab in the liquid and pinch it as you remove the swab. Drip the liquid on to the tester (has a QR code on). The liquid travels up the screen and hopefully you see just one line!
