It just tells you that your car is liable if it enters. Doesn't confirm if you have entered and owe them money.

Wording is tricky. It says 'need to pay' which I thought meant a charge was pending. But then I added a car that has never been to London and it still said 'need to pay'.

That just seems to mean 'not exempt'
