Currently it makes no financial sense.

The interest alone on a 50M Loan would cost us 2-3 million a year.
Given current demands for tickets I doubt it would make any financial sense.
Could we fill 35K every week?
The evidence suggests No, by the fact we are not even selling out every game at current capacity.

The elephant in the room about having lots of empty seats is it lowers the demand for season tickets.
The reason we have so many season ticket holders is because its currently hard to get a ticket for some games so some will buy a ST even if they don't go to all the games because it guarantees them a seat.
