Perhaps so, that doesn't mean that it shouldn't be done though.

The issue with Fifa / Uefa is what those 'rules' are however and to what extent they value certain issues with such.

It sounds like you have your opinion whilst I hold a different opinion. Let's agree to disagree, neither of us can do much to change the situation so time to move on from this thread I feel.
