60 nato standard minutes in the sous vide cooker set to 57 degrees celcius = restaurant quality perfection every single time. hoik the vacuum bag out, dry the bugger off and sear him in a pan with rosemary, garlic and olive oil. perfecto ๐๐๐ wonderful bit of kit the old sous vide cooker, steaks are heavenly done this way.
