It’s pretty simple. Cardiff Canary is right, anyone nowadays working in any sort of leadership position has more than one person who can step in. Sometimes those people will move on before and then someone else steps into the void. I run my team exactly the same way.

In fact same thing happened a few months ago. Person who was next in line for my role moved on and now someone else has stepped up who actually if I’m being honest will be much better suited anyway.
